KinderCare Education LLC is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor classroom staff while delivering KinderCare's curriculum in ways that meet the needs of each child. You will foster a safe, nurturing environment and collaborate with families to promote excellent early education.

The role focuses on supporting center goals around enrollment and accreditation, and requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and a commitment to children's growth.

Qualifications

• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy required or pending.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that aligns with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support children's education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
