KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide classrooms, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children. You’ll partner with families and center staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.

Ideal candidates bring CDA or NAEYC candidacy, a BA in ECE or equivalent, 2–3 years of ECE experience, CPR/First Aid, and a willingness to obtain state credentials.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned to each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children's care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
