Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and lead classroom curriculum in our childcare center.

You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschoolers, ensure licensing compliance, and build strong relationships with families. Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to engage in indoor or outdoor activities with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; be an expert on licensing and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
