Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide classroom learning, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure the center meets licensing guidelines. You will promote children's social, physical, and intellectual growth while delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons.

This role supports a Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits, including immediate health coverage and education assistance, and a collaborative team focused on child development and family engagement.

• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $20.26-$21.05 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
