Learning Care Group is actively seeking a Lead Teacher to guide preschool classrooms, mentor peers, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.

You will manage daily classroom operations, ensure curriculum implementation, and build strong relationships with families while aligning with licensing guidelines and center standards. This role offers growth through ongoing training, tuition assistance, and the Master Teacher Program.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.
