Job summary

Tutor Time Childcare is seeking a Team Lead to guide classroom activities, mentor teachers, and ensure high-quality early learning experiences for children. You will promote developmental growth, manage daily instruction, and collaborate with families to support each child's progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility and leading a classroom.
• College credits towards ECE or Child Development or a CDA preferred.
• Ability to meet state/accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care; lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Communicate with families to promote achievement and support center success.
• Mentor and train new hires and fellow teachers; share engaging learning experiences.
• Take on director or assistant director duties in their absence, including opening and closing the center.
• Ensure daily care of each child by following licensing guidelines and company standards.
