Tutor Time Childcare is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers in a supportive, family-friendly environment. You will promote the social and intellectual growth of preschool children while ensuring high standards of classroom management and curriculum implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilités

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children in your class and promote their growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center success.
