Job summary

Tutor Time Childcare is seeking a Team Lead who will nurture young learners and supervise classroom operations. You’ll promote growth, manage curriculum, and act as a leader in the absence of the Director or Assistant Director.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility and leading a classroom.
• College credits toward Early Childhood Education or Child Development or a CDA preferred.
• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsibilities

• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children and lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Communicate and build relationships with families to support child achievement and center success.
• Mentor and assist with training and mentoring of new hires and fellow teachers.
• Lead duties of Director or Assistant Director in absence, including opening and closing the center.
• Ensure daily care of every child by following licensing guidelines and company standards.
