Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in Colorado is seeking a dedicated Teacher to guide and mentor educators, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children. You’ll partner with families to deliver high-quality care and education across our centers.

You will support center goals around enrollment and engagement, meet licensing requirements, and foster a love of learning while building confidence in young students and their families.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred; state qualifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
