KinderCare Learning Companies invites you to join as a Lead Teacher at our Colorado Springs center. You’ll lead and coach teammates, implement our curriculum with fidelity, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn through play.

You’ll partner with families and school staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and program engagement while building positive, lasting relationships with children and their parents.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational ability.
• Able to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy preferred.
• State trainer certification preferred.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviours and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistently with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; work with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
