KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Lead Teacher to support after-school programs, lead and mentor staff, and implement our curriculum. You will create a safe, nurturing space where children can learn, play, and grow while partnering with families and school partners.

Requirements include a CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy, 2–3 years of early childhood experience, and a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred; state qualifications may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support best care and education for children.
• Support center success and enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
