Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences while guiding fellow teachers. You will advocate for children’s growth and adhere to licensing guidelines and center standards.

You will lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and foster strong relationships with families to support each child's success and the center’s goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care: promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Call the shots: lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate: build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center’s success.
