Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire learning and growth in a compassionate child care environment. You will guide classroom activities, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure engaging experiences that support early development.

You will lead in curriculum implementation, uphold licensing standards, and build strong relationships with families to promote student success and center achievements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating lesson plans.
• Able to meet state education and childcare requirements.
• Willing to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and support your center’s success.
