Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for preschoolers while mentoring other teachers. You’ll promote social, physical, and cognitive growth and ensure compliance with licensing and center standards.

You will build strong relationships with families and support the center’s success through effective communication and program delivery.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience leading a classroom and designing educational lessons.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and center-specific standards.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilités

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; monitor licensing guidelines.
• Build genuine relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.
