Learning Care Group in Cordova, TN is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will guide lesson planning and classroom activities while upholding licensing guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure adherence to licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
