Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children's social, physical and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure licensing guidelines.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support children's achievement and center success.
