Learning Care Group in Memphis is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging, age-appropriate lessons and mentor fellow teachers. You will lead classroom management and ensure curriculum alignment with licensing guidelines while fostering a supportive, joyful learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Must meet state education requirements for our childcare center.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
