Learning Care Group in Florida seeks a Lead Teacher to inspire young minds, craft engaging activities, and support families within our childcare centers. You will mentor other teachers and ensure routines meet state guidelines.

We value energetic, dependable individuals who can manage classrooms, plan lessons, and build strong relationships with families. Our program offers ongoing training, tuition assistance, and a Master Teacher path to grow with us.

Formación

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilidades

• Create engaging learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center success.
