Learning Care Group in Florida seeks a Lead Teacher to design engaging, developmentally appropriate activities and mentor others while upholding licensing guidelines and center standards. You will foster curiosity, creativity and a love of learning in preschoolers.

You will also build strong relationships with families, coordinate with colleagues to implement curriculum, and help ensure a safe, welcoming, and high‑quality learning environment for every child every day.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for childcare centers.
• Strong communication with families and staff.

Responsabilités

• Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines.
