Job summary

Learning Care Group in Florida is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers. This role focuses on nurturing the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in a caring, licensed center.

You will manage the classroom, implement curriculum, maintain licensing standards, and build meaningful relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support each child’s success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children's social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus ensure licensing guidelines and company standards.
