KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor classroom staff while implementing our curriculum in a way that honors each child’s unique development. You will foster a safe, engaging environment that promotes learning through play and purposeful activities.

You’ll partner with families and center leadership to support enrollment and accreditation goals, ensuring high-quality care across our sites.

Competenze

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• State trainer status preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• English reading/writing/speaking to communicate with families.
