Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will promote growth in preschool children while leading classroom management and ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines.

You will build strong relationships with families and play a key role in center success, with an emphasis on safety and development in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
