Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers in a supportive preschool setting.

You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. Strong family communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
