Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor, creating engaging lessons while caring for preschool children in a welcoming classroom. You will lead activities, ensure safety, and help implement curriculum aligned with licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will build strong relationships with families, support center success, and participate in ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
