Job summary

Learning Care in Ann Arbor is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers in our child care centers.

You will manage classroom routines, implement curricula, build relationships with families, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines while promoting a joyful, safe environment for preschool children.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
