Job summary

Learning Care in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and lead classroom management and curriculum implementation in line with licensing guidelines. We offer flexible schedules and opportunities for professional growth.

You will build genuine relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and center success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
