Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers in a welcoming childcare center. You will promote children's social, physical, and intellectual growth while upholding licensing guidelines and company standards.

We seek energetic, dependable individuals who value teamwork and child development, with the ability to communicate effectively with families and staff. This is a full-time position in a center setting.

Competenze

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Willingness to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
