Job summary

The role emphasizes building relationships with families, maintaining a safe and stimulating classroom, and contributing to a positive work culture with regular weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children, promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Call the shots on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure licensing guidelines are met.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success.
