Learning Care in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will lead classroom management, implement the curriculum, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build genuine relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
