Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring Lead Teachers at Tutor Time in Gilbert, AZ. This role focuses on creating engaging learning experiences and guiding other teachers while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for preschoolers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for our childcare center.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center’s success.
