Learning Care Group in Glendale, AZ is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers in a supportive classroom. You will manage the classroom, promote growth in preschool children, and communicate with families to support each child’s success.

The position offers a 2pm–6pm schedule, bi-weekly and daily pay options, and a strong benefits package. Candidates should be at least 18, have classroom leadership experience and meet state education

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for the childcare center.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilités

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and ensure adherence to licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support each child’s progress and center success.
