Job summary

Learning Care Group in Glendale, AZ is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure classrooms meet licensing guidelines. This role emphasizes indoor/outdoor activity and the daily rhythm of a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support student growth and center success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• As Lead Teacher, create fun, engaging learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care: promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Call the shots: lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate: build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and center success.
