Learning Care Group in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Lead Teacher for Arizona Early Head Start. You’ll plan, assess, and instruct based on each child’s needs and program requirements to prepare them for Kindergarten and beyond.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or CDA in Infant/Toddler.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure licensing Head Start requirements.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and center success.
