Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers in our Bristow center. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children and ensure positive outcomes for each learner.

You’ll lead classroom management, implement the curriculum, and stay current with licensing guidelines and company standards while building strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate and build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center success.
