Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide preschool learning and mentor fellow Teachers at our center. You will create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.

You’ll lead classroom management, align with licensing guidelines and company standards, and build strong relationships with families to support each child’s growth and success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for childcare.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children's social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, following licensing guidelines.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center's success.
