Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and promote the growth of preschool children while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create: develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care: promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Call the shots: lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate: build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
