  • 1 year of full-time verifiable experience with young children.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet DHR License-Exempt hiring requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead classroom with counterpart, sharing instructional duties and supervision.
  • Prepare lesson plans aligned with approved curriculum and best practices.
  • Maintain family communications via calls, email, notes, newsletters, and Brightwheel.
  • Document each child’s progress with daily records and annual assessments.
  • Address behavior per school policy and notify the Director of issues.
  • Interact with children to foster language use and independence.
  • Support inclusion and transitions within the classroom.
