Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and teaching certificate.
• 1 year of full-time verifiable experience with young children in a classroom.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom instruction and manage the instructional environment.
• Prepare lesson plans aligned with approved curriculum and developmentally appropriate practice.
• Communicate with families via calls, email, notes, newsletters, and parent conferences.
• Document child progress with daily data records and periodic assessments.
• Ensure safety and supervise assistants, interns, and volunteers.
