Job summary

Learning Care in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and oversee classroom routines in alignment with licensing guidelines and center standards.

You will focus on fostering children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth, while collaborating with families to support each child’s progress. A Monday–Friday schedule and competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and participate in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success.
