Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and center standards.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation; ensure licensing guidelines are met.
