Learning Care Group in Florida is seeking a Lead Teacher to manage a preschool classroom, develop engaging lessons, and mentor fellow teachers in alignment with licensing guidelines. You will foster a warm, safe, and inclusive learning environment that supports each child's growth and discovery.

You will also partner with families to promote student achievement, maintain licensing standards, and participate in ongoing training through our Master Teacher Program and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Mentor fellow Teachers and develop engaging learning experiences.
