KinderCare Learning Companies, a nationwide early childhood education provider, is seeking a Lead Teacher. You will lead and mentor staff, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, engaging environment for children while partnering with families to deliver high-quality care and education.

The role emphasizes teamwork with center leadership to meet enrollment goals, achieve accreditation, and ensure exceptional experiences for children and families.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy required (or willingness to obtain).
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain credentials.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• English reading/writing/speaking to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Foster positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
