Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Active CDA credential or eligible for NAEYC candidacy.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds indoors or outdoors.
• English reading, writing and speaking with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare curriculum with individualized needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education
• Support center success; collaborate with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities, and partners
