The Learning Experience in Owasso, OK, seeks a Lead Teacher to drive early education excellence and mentor fellow educators. You will set a strong academic foundation, foster curiosity, and create joyful learning moments for infants to preschoolers.

You will implement our LEAP Curriculum with care, ensure safety, and communicate with families using apps and in-person updates, contributing to an engaging center environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in childcare with classroom leadership.
• Must meet state guidelines including immunizations and safety training.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, prepare, and collaborate to create a stimulating, welcoming space for children to learn and grow.
• Deliver and adapt our proprietary LEAP Curriculum to Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschoolers.
• Prioritize safety and maintain a nurturing environment for all children.
• Regularly communicate with families about progress and milestones.
• Collaborate with center staff and leadership to support retention and enrollment goals.
• Build warm relationships with families and colleagues to foster a joyful learning culture.
