Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead Teacher license issued by the Department of Early Education and Care.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or currently enrolled toward one.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to learn WCAC databases.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate program for children.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate classroom staff.
• Work within a 8:00am–4:00pm school-year schedule, Monday–Friday.
