Job summary

The Learning Experience in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Teacher to guide early education, set the academic foundation for lifelong learning, and inspire joy and curiosity in young minds.

You will lead classrooms, mentor peers, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment while implementing our LEAP Curriculum across Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers. Energy, compassion, and professional standards are essential.

Qualifications

Must meet state guidelines for the role.
High School Diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
Experience in childcare with classroom leadership essential.

Responsibilities

Lead classrooms to create a stimulating, welcoming space for children to play, learn, and grow.
Implement the proprietary LEAP Curriculum®, adapting to infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers.
Prioritize safety and nurturing environments for children to thrive.
Regularly communicate progress and milestones with families via apps and in-person meetings.
Collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement.
Build warm relationships with families and colleagues to support learning through play.
