The Learning Lab in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Lead Toddler Daycare Teacher Extraordinary to join our caring team. You will create a safe, stimulating environment for ages 1-3 and lead engaging activities.

This full-time role offers a rewarding schedule, regular parent updates, and opportunities to collaborate with a supportive staff. Certification in child education is a plus, and a positive, energetic spirit is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for working with toddlers and understanding their developmental needs.
• Experience in childcare, teaching, or early childhood education.
• Certification in early childhood education (CDA, ECE, or similar) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Level 1 fingerprint clearance, CPR & First Aid certification, negative TB test, and food handler's certification.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing environment for 1–3 year olds.
• Plan engaging lesson plans for early childhood development.
• Engage with toddlers through songs, stories, and finger painting.
• Cultivate strong relationships with parents, providing updates and milestones.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a joyful experience for learners.
