Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional teaching experience in daycare, preschool, or kindergarten.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines and possess required certifications.
• Minimum 6 months of professional teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the classroom, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
• Serve as a role model, fostering a growth mindset to develop young minds.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum tailored for two-year-olds.
• Plan and deliver effective lesson plans and teaching strategies for two-year-old students.
• Utilize diverse learning modalities to engage students.
• Maintain communication with parents about progress via apps and discussions.
• Collaborate with center staff to support enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build strong relationships with families and colleagues.
