The Learning Experience - Foxboro is seeking experienced Lead Teachers to join our early childhood education team. We're open to qualified Infant-Toddler and Preschool educators and want to find the classroom that best matches your qualifications, experience, and the age group you enjoy teaching most.

Lead Teachers will plan developmentally appropriate experiences, implement our LEAP Curriculum, and support cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development while building strong

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher.
• Infant-Toddler or Preschool age-group qualifications welcomed.
• Professional early childhood classroom experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-quality early childhood classroom.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Support children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development.
• Establish positive classroom routines and provide consistent guidance.
• Observe and document children's development.
• Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain classroom quality, safety, and organization.
• Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements.
