Job summary

The Learning Experience - Franklin, MA is seeking qualified Lead Teachers to join our early childhood education team. We welcome Infant-Toddler or Preschool qualifications and will match you to the classroom that best fits your experience.

As a Lead Teacher, you will plan developmentally appropriate activities, implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum, support children's development, and collaborate with families and assistants.

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher.
• Infant-Toddler, Preschool, or multiple age-group qualifications welcomed.
• Professional early childhood classroom experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-quality early childhood classroom.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Support children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development.
• Establish positive classroom routines and provide consistent guidance.
• Observe and document children's development.
• Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers.
• Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with families.
• Maintain classroom quality, safety, and organization.
• Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements.
